Titled, "The Observatory", this culture house provides a place where children and adults are encouraged to interact, explore, and learn. Functioning as a cooking school, library, greenhouse, dance center, etc. With flexibility as a priority, the spaces have the ability to transform in order to accommodate a variety of ages and purposes.
Students were given a building shell, with minimal restrictions regarding transforming the old.
